CALIFORNIA OUTDOOR CONCEPTS LIMITED WARRANTY

California Outdoor Concepts warrants this product and it's components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of original purchase. If the product fails to operate during this warranty period, due to manufacturing defect, the defective part will be repaired or replaced at California Outdoor Concepts option. Proof of purchase may be required. Please keep your receipt. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, improper installation, commercial or other non-residential use of the product, or damage arising out of transportation of the product. All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the express warranty periods specified. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. California Outdoor Concepts maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original consumer. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
